The Top Talent and Immigration Show

Nov 6, 2019

Getting the J1 Waiver approved is a big milestone. The process does not end there, however, and some people do not plan well for what comes next.

This week Kaushik talks about the next steps for those who have had the J1 Exceptional Hardship Waiver approved and need to know what to do following their approval. There are a number of mistakes that some people make, and most of them come down to planning. The issues can be even greater when there are children under the age of 21.

In this episode, Kaushik Ranchod talks about the options that are available after getting a J1, as well as how to apply when your job has not been finalized.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll learn:

[2:51] Your options after you get a J1 Waiver
